Technical support: Central Empowered Committee (CEC) appointed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for survey of mining leases in Bellary, Chitradurga and Tumkur districts of Karnataka. The method of analyzing the survey results during CEC survey to determine illegalities in terms of encroachment is well documented in the final judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India - Department of Mines & Geology, Govt. of Karnataka: Rs.4.2 Crores

The award comprised of Cash Prize and a citation.

“Young Scientist Award” from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India under Fast Track Scheme.
