Bio: 

Dr. Rajib Pal is a seasoned mining professional with over 35 years of industrial experience spanning the coal, metal, and oil & gas sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in mine safety, regulatory compliance, underground and opencast operations, and greenfield project development.

By bringing his extensive industry experience into academia, he aims to create an environment where students gain practical insights and a deeper understanding of real-world challenges in the mining sector.
